My governor is an idiot.
No worries, I'm sure the next one will be corrupt, too.
It's just how we roll in Chicago.
I blame the pizza.

Please don't blame the pizza. I have wonderful, warm and cheesy dreams about Chicago pizza. Blame the cold. The entire reason I can't get me some of that delicious warm & cheesy Chicago pizza is that it's just too damn cold in Chicago this time of year to make the journey. I have never been as cold in my life as I have been in Chicago in winter. Love the pizza - hate the cold!
Dad and I were just discussing last night how much that guy LOOKS like and idiot/crook. Is that seriously his real hair?
I am sorry that you have had to live a life filled with idiot/crook governors, what with not one but two here in AZ during your sojourn here.
Ummmm. Pizza.
Ugh. And one more reason why some of us don't entirely trust Obama...
i blame his hair.
He does seem very much to be deep dished, overstuffed, and thick crusted. Bright--no so much. You know your phones are tapped and you still talk about selling a Senate seat and use the F-bomb ever other word. But actually, blame prohibition, that was the start, or at least growth formula for the mob in Chicago, and the political corruption seems to have come with it. With those cold winters, I guess Chicago needed the hard stuff. Or maybe it's the Cubs that drive people to crime--gotta do something while you wait for next year.
That is one serious head of hair. It must be putting some pressure on his brain.
Its okay. We still love Mrs. Dub.
p.s. I'm hosting a giveaway on my blog. Enter to win!
I think he must have made a pact with the Devil to have such thick and lustrous hair.Where do I sign?
I grew up in "Chicagoland". I can't remember a time when I didn't hear my parents talking about a crooked governor. Can't say this latest is shocking news.
I hate politics.
My husband and I are visiting Chicago this weekend and it's been fascinating to see the local news. It's also fascinating that he is so stubborn. But it definitely isn't the pizza's fault. We went to Gino's East yesterday and I'm still in heaven.
